摘要
本文从病案专业档案馆的含义及其模式建构入手,深入剖析新发展理念、科技创新与要素质量提升与病案专业档案馆构建的契合性,把握新质生产力对构建病案专业档案馆的价值意蕴,通过打造无缝链接的区域病案数据协同治理网络、建设全生命周期的病案数据中心、构建居民健康预防与疾病管理知识图谱、建立全方位人性化公共服务生态体系等实践进路,以期为病案专业档案馆的构建提供新的发展思路与实现路径。
Starting from the meaning and mode construction of medical record professional archives,this paper deeply analyzes the compatibility of new development concept,scientific and technological innovation and element quality improvement with the construction of medical record professional archives and grasps the value implication of new quality productivity to the construction of medical record professional archives.By building a seamless regional medical record data collaborative governance network,establishing a medical record data center of the whole life cycle,constructing a knowledge graph of residents'health prevention and disease management,and establishing an all-round humanized public service ecosystem,the paper aims to provide new development ideas and realization paths for the construction of medical record professional archives.
