摘要
推进农民共同富裕,是推进全体人民共同富裕的重点和关键。应当明确,高质量发展与推进农民共同富裕紧密联系、相辅相成,推进农民共同富裕是高质量发展的内在要求和价值指向,高质量发展是推进农民共同富裕的基础保证和根本出路。当前,高质量发展推进农民共同富裕面临着农村产业发展不充分、农民精神生活富裕程度低、城乡发展差距依然显著的问题。基于此,要在高质量发展中扎实推进农民共同富裕,必须推进农村产业多元发展,夯实农民共同富裕的物质基础;加快优质文化建设,凝聚农民共同富裕的精神动力;缩小城乡发展差距,拓宽农民共同富裕的增收渠道。
Promoting the common prosperity of farmers is the focus of and key to promoting the common prosperity of all people.It should be clear that the high-quality development of rural areas and the common prosperity of farmers are closely related and complementary to each other:promoting the common prosperity of farmers is the inherent requirements and value direction of high-quality development,while high-quality development is the basic guarantee and fundamental way of promoting farmers'common prosperity.At present,the work of promoting common prosperity of farmers through high-quality development is faced with the problems of inadequate development of rural industry,low affluence of farmers'spiritual life,and even the significant development gap between urban and rural areas.Based on this,in order to promote farmers'common prosperity in high-quality development,we must promote the pluralistic development of rural industries to consolidate the material foundation of farmers'common prosperity,speed up the construction of high-quality culture toconsolidate the spiritual motivation of farmers'common prosperity,and narrow the development gap between urban and rural areas to broaden the income-increasing channels for farmers'common prosperity.
