摘要
立式长轴深井泵由于其导轴承位于筒体内部,无法安装振动传感器,从而使其发生故障后不能及时发现。本文通过对某核电站大型立式泵组导轴承故障引起电机振动突然增大的振动故障进行了数据分析,识别出振动异常信号产生的原因,研究了结构共振叠加导轴承摩擦故障的信号特点,为核电站同类型泵组的振动治理提供参考。
Because the guide bearing of the vertical long-shaft deep-well pump set is located inside the cylinder,it is unable to install vibration sensor,so that it cannot be found timely after failure.In this paper,the data analysis are carried out for the vibration fault of the sudden increase of motor vibration caused by the guide bearing fault of a large vertical pump unit in a nuclear power plant,the causes of vibration abnormal signal are identified,and discusses the vibration signal characteristics of the structure resonance fault overlying the friction of the guide bearing.It provides a reference for vibration control of the same type of the pump unit in nuclear power plant.
