摘要
为处理某核电站服务水泵配套电动机的结构共振问题,利用频谱分析及固有频率分析等方法进行故障诊断,研究振动振幅与激振力、系统刚度的关系,以及系统刚度与固有频率的关系,通过改变系统连接刚度的方法,有效降低了振动,取得了良好的效果。
To solve the problem of structural resonance existing in the auxiliary motor matching the service pump of a nuclear power plant, a fault diagnosis was conducted based on spectrum analysis and natural frequency analysis, so as to analyze the variation law of vibration amplitude with excitation force and system stiffness, and the relationship between system stiffness and natural frequency. By changing the joint stiffness of the system, the vibration has been reduced effectively with good results obtained.
