摘要
大轿厢式升降平移型立体车库,是一种垂直升降类与平面移动类立体车库混合的新型车库,汽车搬运上采用了一种梳齿式搬运器,可根据不同场合需求进行车位设置,解决一些人流量大且土地成本高的场合停车位不足的问题。同时,由于该车库一次只能进行一辆车的存取,当存取车排队人数较多时需要有高效的存取策略,减少存取车时间。为提升其存取车效率,本文以搬运器存取车耗时为目标函数,基于排队论分别建立存车优先、取车优先、交叉存取三种策略的数学模型,通过MATLAB进行仿真分析,对比得到最优存取策略,提高存取效率。
The large carriage type lift and shift garage is a new type of garage with a mixture of vertical lift and flat moving garage.A comb-toothed carrier is used for car handling,which can be set up according tothe needs of different occasions,solving the problem of insufficient parking spaces for some occasions with high traffic and high land costs.At the same time,as this garage can only access one car at a time,it needs to have an efficient access strategy to reduce the access time when the queue for accessing cars is large.In order to improve its access efficiency,this paper establishes the mathematical models of three strategies based on queuing theory,namely storage priority,pick-up priority and cross-access,respectively,using the mover's access time as the objective function,and carries out simulation analysis through MATLAB to obtain the optimal access strategy by comparison and improve the access efficiency.
