The expression levels and clinical significance of serum ANXA1 and TIM-4 in patients with severe pneumonia

摘要 目的 探讨血清膜联蛋白A1(ANXA1)、T细胞免疫球蛋白黏蛋白-4(TIM-4)在重症肺炎患者血清中表达水平及临床意义。方法 选取2019年5月至2021年12月本院收治的90例重症肺炎患者纳入重症肺炎组和90例普通肺炎患者为普通肺炎组为研究对象,另选90例健康体检者为对照组。ELISA法检测血清ANXA1、TIM-4表达水平;多分类Logistic回归分析影响重症肺炎患者预后的因素。ROC曲线分析血清ANXA1、TIM-4对预后的预测价值。Kaplan-Meier曲线分析ANXA1、TIM-4表达与预后的关系。结果 对照组、普通肺炎组、重症肺炎组患者血清ANXA1、TIM-4水平依次上调(P<0.05)。Pearson分析表明,重症肺炎患者血清ANXA1和TIM-4表达水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。与生存组相比,死亡组ANXA1、TIM-4水平明显升高(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,ANXA1、TIM-4是影响重症肺炎患者预后的危险因素(P<0.05)。ANXA1、TIM-4联合预测重症肺炎预后的AUC显著大于单独预测。Kaplan Meier生存分析显示ANXA1、TIM-4低表达组生存率显著高于高表达组。结论 重症肺炎患者血清ANXA1、TIM-4表达水平升高,两者是影响重症肺炎患者预后的危险因素,两者联合预测重症肺炎患者预后具有较高的价值。 Objective To investigate the expression levels and clinical significance of serum annexin A1(ANXA1)and T-cell immunoglobulin and mucin-domain-containing molecule 4(TIM-4)in patients with severe pneumonia.Methods Ninety patients with severe pneumonia admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to December 2021 were included in the severe pneumonia group,and 90 patients with common pneumonia were included in the common pneumonia group.90 healthy individuals who underwent routine physical examinations in the hospital during the same period were included in the control group.ELISA method was applied to detect the expression levels of ANXA1 and TIM-4 in serum;multivariate logistic regression was applied to analyze the factors affecting the prognosis of patients with severe pneumonia.ROC curve was applied to analyze the predictive value of serum ANXA1 and TIM-4 for the prognosis of severe pneumonia patients.Kaplan-Meier curve was applied to analyze the relationship between the expression of ANXA1 and TIM-4 and the prognosis.Results The levels of serum ANXA1 and TIM-4 in the control group,common pneumonia group,and severe pneumonia group were up-regulated successively(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed a positive correlation between serum ANXA1 and TIM-4 expression levels in patients with severe pneumonia(P<0.05).Compared with the survival group,the levels of ANXA1 and TIM-4 in the death group were increased(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that ANXA1 and TIM-4 were risk factors affecting the prognosis of patients with severe pneumonia(P<0.05).The AUC predicted by the combination of ANXA1 and TIM-4 for the prognosis of severe pneumonia was greater than that predicted alone.Kaplan Meier survival analysis showed that the survival rate of the low expression group of ANXA1 and TIM-4 was higher than that of the high expression group.Conclusion Serum ANXA1 and TIM-4 expression levels increased in patients with severe pneumonia,which are risk factors affecting the prognosis of patients with severe pneumonia.The combination of ANXA1 and TIM-4 is of high value in predicting the prognosis of patients with severe pneumonia.
