CTA与MRA在诊断颅内动脉瘤中的价值对比 被引量:1

摘要 目的 研究CT血管造影检测(computed tomography angiography, CTA)与磁共振血管造影检测(magnetic resonance angiography, MRA)在诊断颅内动脉瘤中的临床应用价值对比。方法 选择2021年1月—2023年1月期间江苏省南京市六合区人民医院放射科诊治的60例颅内动脉瘤患者,并选择60例健康体检者作为对比。对所有研究对象予以CTA检测以及MRA检测。最后收集并分析检测的准确度、特异度、灵敏度、动脉瘤不同位置、不同体积符合率数据。结果 CTA检测的准确度高于MRA检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中,CTA检测准确度为98.33%(118/120)、特异度为98.33%(59/60)、灵敏度为98.33%(59/60);MRA检测准确度为84.17%(101/120)、特异度为85.00%(51/60)、灵敏度为83.33%(50/60);CTA检测针对动脉瘤不同位置符合率高于MRA检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CTA检测针对动脉瘤不同体积符合率高于MRA检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在针对颅内动脉瘤进行临床检测时,选择CTA检测能够有效提高诊断的准确度,对临床诊断可以提供更为丰富的参考数据,建议在实际的临床诊断中予以借鉴。 Objective To study the comparison of the clinical application value of computed tomography angiography(CTA)and magnetic resonance angiography(MRA)in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm.Methods Sixty cases of intracranial aneurysm diagnosed and treated in the Department of Radiology of Liuhe District People's Hospital Nanjing,Jiangsu Province were selected from January 2021 to January 2023,and 60 healthy medical checkups were selected for comparison.CTA test and MRA test were performed on all study subjects.Finally,the accuracy,specificity,sensitivity,and compliance rate of aneurysms in different locations and volumes were collected and analyzed.Results The accuracy of the CTA test was higher than that of the MRA test,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),with an accuracy of 98.33%(118/120),specificity of 98.33%(59/60),and sensitivity of 98.33%(59/60).MRA testing had an accuracy of 84.17%(101/120),specificity of 85.00%(51/60),and sensitivity of 83.33%(50/60).The CTA test had a higher compliance rate for different locations of the aneurysm than the MRA test,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the CTA test had a higher compliance rate for different volumes of the aneurysm than the MRA test,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical detection of intracranial aneurysm,CTA can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy and provide more abundant reference data for clinical diagnosis,which is recommended to be taken into account in the actual clinical diagnosis.
