摘要
目的运用不同治疗方案为高危非致残性缺血性脑血管病(High risk non-disablingischemic cerebrovascular events,HR-NICE)痰热证患者实施治疗,进一步分析消斑汤的应用所获得的临床疗效。方法此研究所纳入的研究对象共有40例,均随机于天津市河北区月牙河街社区卫生服务中心接受HR-NICE痰热证治疗的患者中抽取,根据随机数字表法对患者进行分组,其中20例患者作为对照组,所运用的治疗方案为脑血管病二级预防治疗,另外20例患者为观察组,所采用的治疗方案为脑血管病二级预防+消斑汤治疗。结果不同方案治疗后,观察组患者的临床疗效显著优于对照组患者,P<0.05。治疗前两组患者血清学指标、神经功能、日常生活能力均无显著差异,P>0.05;治疗后观察组患者上述指标显著差别于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论在为HR-NICE痰热证患者实施治疗的过程中,在常规脑血管病二级预防治疗的基础上加用消斑汤不仅可以获得更为显著的治疗效果,同时也有效改善了患者的相关血清学指标,促进了患者神经功能的改善以及日常生活能力的恢复,值得予以临床推广。
Objective To apply different therapeutic schemes to treat High risk non-disabling ischemic cerebrovascular events(HRNICE)patients with phlegm-heat syndrome,to further analyze the clinical effect of Xiaoban decoction.Methods A total of 40 patients were enrolled in this study.All of them were randomly selected from the patients who received HR-NICE treatment of phlegm-heat syndrome,among them,20 cases were taken as the control group,and the therapeutic scheme used was the secondary prevention of cerebrovascular disease.The other 20 cases were taken as the observation group,and the therapeutic scheme adopted was the secondary prevention of cerebrovascular disease+Xiaoban decoction.Results The clinical effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in serum indexes,neurological function and activities of daily living between the two groups(P>0.05),but after treatment,the above indexes in the observation group were significantly dfferent from those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the course of the treatment for HR-NICE patients with phlegm-heat syndrome,the treatment of Xiaoban decoction on the basis of routine secondary prevention and treatment of cerebrovascular disease can not only obtain more significant therapeutic effect,but also improve the curative effect,at the same time,it also improved the related serological indexes of the patients,and promoted the improvement of nerve function and the recovery of daily living ability.
