摘要
探索痰热证证候标准,对火热证辨证、痰证辨证进行量化,初步制定了痰热证临床辨证量表。通过临床调查248例患者,结合临床实际使用和统计学验证,并对引入变量进行症状、体征分析,证实该痰热证临床辨证量表诊断准确可行。
This article actively explored the differentiation standards of the phlegm-heat synarome,quantmed the specific symptoms of heat syndrome and phlegm syndrome,formulated preliminary clinical syndrome scale. By the clinical investigation of 248 patients,combined with practical application and statistical verifi- cation,followed by the analysis of symptoms and signs,it is confirmed that the phlegm-heat syndrome differ- entiation scale is accurate and feasible.
