水产暂养环境中副溶血性弧菌对重金属与抗生素的抗性研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文以上海水产品批发市场商铺中水产品暂养箱中的暂养水为研究对象,系统研究了其中副溶血性弧菌对重金属与抗生素的抗性。首先对水样化学性污染物做了本底调查,其次检测样品副溶血性弧菌污染情况。结果表明:铅、镉、汞、砷含量均未超标,部分样品硼含量超标;一个样品检出氨苄西林,浓度为0.323ng/mL;有8个样品副溶血性弧菌阳性,检出率为20%。本研究发现水产品暂养环境中硼和氨苄西林有风险隐患,同时副溶血性弧菌污染较为严重。本研究为有效控制水产品暂养环境的水质隐患,提高水产品安全品质提供了理论依据。 In this study,the temporary water(TWA)in the temporary aquatic product incubator in the wholesale market was taken as the research object.Firstly,in order to check the background investigation of chemical hazards in water samples,the contents of chemical pollutants were investigated.Secondly,vibrio parahaemol yticus was isolated from the samples,and virulence genes of the positive strains were identified.The results showed that the contents of lead,cadmium,mercury and arsenic did not exceed the standard,but the boron content in some samples exceeded.Ampicillin was detected in one sample at a concentration of 0.323 ng/mL.Eight samples of four aquatic products were positive for vibrio parahaemolyticus,with a detection rate of 20%.In this study,we found that boron and ampicillin in temporary water of aquatic products were at risk,and the content of sodium is generally high,while vibrio parahaemolyticus pollution is more severe.This study provides a theoretical basis for effectively controlling water quality hazards in the temporary storage environment of aquatic products and improving the safety and quality of aquatic products.
