镉锌复合胁迫下不同品种苜蓿种子萌发特性 被引量:2

摘要 为比较分析镉(Cd)锌(Zn)复合胁迫对不同紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)品种种子萌发和幼苗的影响以及各紫花苜蓿品种的耐镉锌性,本研究以紫花苜蓿为研究材料,采用Cd-Zn复合溶液(Cd^(2+)浓度分别为0、5、10、50、100和200mg·L^(-1);除对照Zn^(2+)浓度为0 mg·L^(-1)外,混合液中Zn^(2+)浓度均为50 mg·L^(-1))处理紫花苜蓿种子,并计算发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、胚根长和胚芽长,最后利用隶属函数法对紫花苜蓿的耐Cd-Zn性进行综合分析。结果表明:Cd-Zn复合胁迫对紫花苜蓿种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、胚根长和胚芽长5个指标呈不同的影响。随着Cd-Zn复合溶液浓度的增加,‘中草3号’‘巨能2号’和‘大富翁’种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、胚芽长和胚根长先增大后减小;‘SK3010’‘中兰2号’‘WL363HQ’‘草原3号’‘佰苜202’‘巨能2号’和‘大富翁’种子的胚芽长和胚根长总体呈减小的趋势。Cd^(2+)浓度为200 mg·L^(-1)和Zn^(2+)浓度为50 mg·L^(-1)时对紫花苜蓿种子萌发具有显著的抑制作用。运用隶属函数法综合评价8个紫花苜蓿种子萌发期耐Cd-Zn性强弱为‘草原3号’>‘中草3号’>‘SK3010’>‘佰苜202’>‘WL363HQ’>‘大富翁’>‘中兰2号’>‘巨能2号’。对8个苜蓿品种耐Cd-Zn性进行聚类分析,苜蓿品种的耐Cd-Zn性可以分为强耐Cd-Zn型、中等耐Cd-Zn型和弱耐Cd-Zn型3类。 This study aimed to compare the effects of cadmium-zinc compound stress on seed germination and seedlings of different alfalfa varieties alongside the tolerance of different alfalfa varieties to cadmium-zinc stress.For this,alfalfa seeds were treated with Cd-Zn solution(Cd^(2+)concentrations:0,5,10,50,100,and 200 mg·L^(-1);Zn^(2+)concentration:50 mg·L^(-1)).Subsequently,the germination potential,germination rate,germination index,radicle length,and plumule length were calculated.Furthermore,the membership function method for alfalfa provided a comprehensive analysis of the Cd-Zn tolerance.The results showed that Cd-Zn treatments had varying effects on the germination potential,germination rate,germination index,radicle length,and plumule length.With increasing Cd-Zn concentration,the germination potential,germination rate,germination index,radicle length,and plumule length of‘Zhongcao No.3’,‘Magnum 2’,and‘Millionaire’all initially increased before decreasing.Meanwhile,the radicle and plumule lengths of‘Caoyuan No.3’,‘SK3010’,‘Baimu 202’,‘WL363HQ’,‘Millionaire’,‘Zhonglan No.2’,and‘Magnum 2’all decreased.Additionally,200 mg·L^(-1)Cd^(2+)and 50 mg·L^(-1)Zn^(2+)concentrations had inhibitory effects on the germination of different alfalfa seeds.The Cd-Zn resistance of alfalfa during germination was as follows:‘Caoyuan No.3’>‘Zhongcao No.3’>‘SK3010’>‘Baimu 202’>‘WL363HQ’>‘Millionaire’>‘Zhonglan No.2’>‘Magnum 2’.Through cluster analysis,the Cd-Zn resistance of eight alfalfa varieties could be divided into three categories:strong Cd-Zn resistance,moderate Cd-Zn resistance,and weak Cd-Zn resistance.
