摘要
本文针对新形势下食品市场监管的风险问题,从食品市场监管的现状和存在的问题出发,分析了食品质量问题、食品安全技术问题、市场失衡问题和信息传递问题带来的风险,并提出了加强监管机构建设和管理、强化企业主体责任、提升监管技术水平和建立信息共享机制的对策。
This article focuses on the risk issues of food market supervision under the new situation,starting from the current situation and existing problems of food market supervision,analyzes the risks brought by food quality issues,food safety technology issues,market imbalance issues,and information transmission issues,and proposes countermeasures such as strengthening the construction and management of regulatory agencies,strengthening the main responsibility of enterprises,improving regulatory technology levels,and establishing information sharing mechanisms.
