摘要
食品安全是人们日常生活中关注的热点问题,食品检测作为保障食品安全的重要手段,对食品安全管理十分重要。提升食品检测的技术水平、保障食品检测结果的准确性能有效规避重大食品安全问题的发生。本文分析了食品检测在食品安全管理中的重要作用,以期提升食品安全管理水平。
Food safety is a hot issue in people’s daily life.As an important means to ensure food safety,food testing is very important to food safety management.Improving the technical level of food testing and ensuring the accuracy of food testing results can effectively avoid the occurrence of major food safety issues.This paper analyzes the important role of food inspection in food safety management in order to improve the level of food safety management.
