化工火灾爆炸事故复杂致因网络分析 被引量:7

摘要 为探究化工企业火灾爆炸事故的关键致因因素以及因素之间的关联性,选取50起化工企业火灾爆炸事故案例,从人因、物因、环境因素、工艺条件、规章制度、管理因素6个方面,归纳出76个二级致因因素作为网络节点,提取事故致因链,构建事故致因有向复杂网络模型,计算节点的度、边权、模块度及社团结构等统计指标并进行分析。结果表明:企业违法经营建设是化工企业火灾爆炸事故中的关键致因因素;员工违章作业是事故中的关键频发因素。对关键因素采取恰当的控制措施,有利于减少事故发生,实现安全管理效益最大化。 To explore the key cause factors of fire and explosion accidents in chemical enterprises and the correlation between these factors,randomly select 50 fire and explosion accidents in chemical enterprises.Extract the accident cause chains of these accidents from six main aspects of human factors,material factors,environmental factors,technical factors,rules and regulations and management factors.And 76 types of sub-cause factors are used as nodes to construct the directed complex network model for causation of chemical fire and explosion accidents.Calculating and analyzing the statistical indexes such as node degree,edge weight,betweenness centrality,modularity and community structure.The results show that the illegal operation and construction of the enterprise was the key factor in the fire and explosion accidents of chemical enterprises.And the illegal operation of employees was a critical frequent factor in accidents.Taking appropriate control measures for key factors and factors with high clustering coefficient is conducive to reducing accidents and maximizing the benefits of safety management.
