摘要
碳排放权交易制度是通过市场机制引导绿色低碳发展的重要实践探索。选取2007—2017年中国沪深A股上市企业为样本,运用三重差分估计方法,系统考察碳排放权交易制度对企业绿色创新行为的影响。结果显示:首先,碳排放权交易制度显著提高了试点企业的绿色创新水平,促使更多企业进行绿色创新活动。其次,碳排放权交易制度能够通过增加企业获得的政府补助额度和新闻报道数量,促进企业绿色创新发展。最后,相对非国有企业或外部融资能力弱的企业,碳排放权交易制度对国有企业或外部融资能力强企业的绿色创新促进效应更大。中国碳排放权交易制度的实施效果得到了微观证据的支持,因此,应加快推进全国碳排放权交易市场建设,充分发挥碳排放权交易制度对绿色创新的积极影响。
The carbon emission trading system is an important practical exploration to guide the green and low-carbon development through the market mechanism.This paper selects Chinese A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2007 to 2017 as a sample,uses the DDD estimation method to systematically investigate the impact of carbon emissions trading system on corporate green innovation behavior.The results show that:Firstly,the carbon emission trading system significantly improves the green innovation level of pilot enterprises and prompts more enterprises to carry out green innovation activities.Secondly,the carbon emission trading system can increase the amount of government subsidies and the number of news reports obtained by enterprises,thus promoting the green innovation development of enterprises.Thirdly,compared with non-state-owned enterprises or enterprises with weak external financing capacity,carbon emission trading system has more significant promotion effect on green innovation of state-owned enterprises or enterprises with strong external financing capacity.The conclusion of this paper can provide micro-evidence for the implementation effect of carbon emission trading system in China,therefore,the construction of the national carbon emissions trading market should be accelerated to give full power to the positive impact of the carbon emissions trading system on green innovation.
