摘要
低碳经济发展对经济高质量发展具有重要作用,技术创新活动的开展一方面能够为低碳发展保驾护航,同时也会对低碳经济发展实际作出响应。以我国2007-2022年省级面板数据为研究样本,基于空间回归模型实证检验碳排放强度对区域技术创新产生的影响,结果表明:第一,我国碳排放强度和区域技术创新具有显著的空间集聚效应,0-1矩阵和地理距离矩阵下的空间集聚效应更加显著;第二,碳排放强度对区域技术创新具有积极的促进作用,即存在“警示”作用;第三,相邻省份碳排放强度和区域技术创新水平的提升,对本地区技术创新水平提升具有促进作用,即存在正向的空间外溢效应。由此说明,为进一步促进低碳经济和技术创新的协同发展,应当加强区域间的合作交流,不断完善低碳经济发展的相关政策,以多角度鼓励技术创新活动的开展。
The development of low-carbon economy plays an important role in the high-quality economic development.The development of technological innovation activities can escort the low-carbon development,but it will also respond to the actual development of low-carbon economy.This paper takes the provincial panel data of China from 2007 to 2022 as the research sample and empirically examines the impact of carbon emission intensity on regional technological innovation based on the spatial regression model.The results show that:firstly,China's carbon emission intensity and regional technological innovation have a significant spatial agglomeration effect.The spatial agglomeration effect under the 0-1 matrix and the geographic distance matrix is more prominent.Secondly,carbon emission intensity has a positive effect on promoting regional technological innovation,That is,there is a"warning"effect.Thirdly,the improvement of carbon emission intensity and regional technological innovation level in adjacent provinces has a promoting effect on the improvement of technological innovation level in this region,that is,there is a positive spatial spillover effect.This indicates that in order to further promote the coordinated development of low-carbon economy and technological innovation;cooperation and exchanges among regions should be strengthened;relevant policies for the development of low-carbon economy should be continuously improved,and technological innovation activities should be encouraged from multiple perspectives.
