摘要
易地扶贫搬迁后,依托外源动力激发农户内生动力,提升其生计能力是易地扶贫搬迁“留得下,能干事”的关键。在构建“外源动力-内生动力-生计能力”理论分析框架的基础上,选择评价要素度量农户生计能力、外源动力和内生动力。通过调研收集易地扶贫搬迁农户887份有效问卷数据,应用极差标准化和熵值法进行计算,并设计ols模型和中介效应模型研究三者之间关系。得到:(1)外源动力可以有效提升农户生计能力,其中医疗保障、教育支持、产业扶持、培训投入各要素作用分别为0.318、0.256、0.236、0.205;(2)内生动力对农户生计能力的提升具有促进作用,其中物质利益驱使、经验累积、社会需要和自我实现需要各要素作用分别为0.460、0.304、0.294、0.121;(3)农户外源动力通过内生动力进一步作用于生计能力,内生动力起中介作用。依据各要素的性质和作用,从政府和农户两方面提出农户生计能力提升的建议。
After the poverty alleviation by relocation,relying on exogenous motivation to stimulate the endogenous motivation of farm households and improve their livelihood capacity is the key to"staying and working"in poverty alleviation by relocation.On the basis of constructing the theoretical analytical frame-work of"exogenous motivation-endogenous motivation-livelihood capacity"',the evaluation elements are selected to measure the livelihood capacity,exogenous motivation,and endogenous motivation of farm households.Through the research,887 valid questionnaires were collected from the farm households relo-cated for poverty alleviation,the standardization of extreme deviation and the entropy value method was ap-plied to calculate,and the ols model and the mediation effect model were designed to study the relationship among the three elements.The results are as follows:(1)exogenous motivation can effectively enhance the livelihood capacity of farm households,in which the roles of each element of medical security,educa-tional support,industrial support,and training input are 0.318,0.256,0.236,and 0.205,respec-tively;(2)endogenous motivation has a facilitating effect on the enhancement of livelihood capacity of farm households,in which the roles of each element of material benefit drive,experience accumulation,social need,and self-realization need are 0.460,0.304,0.294,and 0.121,respectively;(3)ex-ogenous motivation of farmers further acts on livelihood capacity through endogenous motivation,which plays a mediating role.Based on the nature and role of each element,the recommendations for the en-hancement of the livelihood capacity of farmers are put forward by both the government and the farmers.
