提升VVER型核电机组蒸汽发生器排污净化系统冲洗水流量研究

摘要 VVER型核电机组的蒸汽发生器排污水净化系统树脂床再生后需要进行阳树脂床冲洗及树脂床联合冲洗。实际工作中VVER型核电机组的树脂床冲洗流量无法达标,且核岛内废水收集箱容积较小,接收再生液后pH值调节相对困难。经理论分析及实际工程实践验证,冲洗流程中管阻过大或工艺限制导致冲洗流量无法达标,增加冲洗路径可提高树脂床冲洗水流量,同时解决废水收集箱容积小及pH值调节相对困难的问题。 After regenerating resin bed of steam generator sewage purification system of VVER nuclear power plant,positive resin bed washing and resin bed combined washing should be carried out.In actual work,the resin bed flushing flow rate of VVER nuclear power plant is not up to the standard,and the volume of waste water collection tank in the nuclear island is small,so it is relatively difficult to adjust the pH value after receiving the recycled liquid.After theoretical analysis and practical engineering practice verification,after theoretical analysis and practical engineering practice,it is verified that the flushing flow rate cannot be reached due to excessive pipe obstruction or process limitation in the flushing process,and increasing the flushing path can improve the flushing water flow rate of the resin bed.At the same time,it solves the problems of small volume of wastewater collection tank and relatively difficult pH adjustment.
