樟子松外生菌根真菌种质资源及保护与利用研究进展

A Review on Ectomycorrhizal Fungal Germplasm Resources of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica and Its Protection and Utilization

摘要 通过文献调研,国内外对樟子松外生菌根真菌种质资源的研究主要集中在少量的外生菌根真菌资源调查、菌种分离和鉴定及菌根菌剂应用等方面,樟子松外生菌根真菌种质资源研究数量非常少。本研究系统梳理了目前报道的樟子松外生菌根真菌20属50种,并从低效人工林生态系统质量与水土保持功能提升、林下菌根食用菌产业发展及林业生态综合治理高效乡土菌剂开发等方面提出了樟子松外生菌根真菌种质资源功能挖掘的研究和应用展望。未来应加强对樟子松的外生菌根真菌资源调查和收集,建立野外调查和长期监测体系,揭示外生菌根真菌分布规律及物种多样性,建立从分离、筛选、评价到菌根菌剂产品所需的一系列技术措施,为樟子松外生菌根真菌种质资源的保护、林下菌根食用菌产业发展及高效乡土菌剂开发提供理论依据。 Through literature research,the studies on the ectomycorrhizal fungal germplasm resources of Pinus sylvestris var.mongol-ica mainly focus on the investigations of ectomycorrhizal fungal resources,strain isolation and identification,and mycorrhizal inocu-lum application.The number of ectomycorrhizal fungal germplasm resources of P.sylvestris var.mongolica is very small.This study systematically summarized the 20 genera and 50 species of ectomycorrhizal fungi of P.sylvestris var.mongolica reported so far.The research and application prospect of functional excavation of ectomycorrhizal fungi germplasm resources were proposed from the as-pects of the improvement of ecosystem quality,water and soil conservation function of inefficient plantations,the development of edi-ble mushroom industry under forests,and the development of efficient native inocula for the comprehensive management of forestry ecology.In the future,the investigation and collection of ectomycorrhizal fungal resources of P.sylvestris var.mongolica should be strengthened,a field investigation and long-term monitoring system should be established,the distribution and species diversity of ectomycorrhizal fungi should be revealed,and a series of technical measures required for isolation,selecting and evaluation to mycor-rhizal inoculum products should be established,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the protection of ectomycorrhizal fungal germ-plasm resources of P.sylvestris var.mongolica,the development of ectomycorrhizal edible mushroom industry under forests,and the development of efficient domestic inocula.
