摘要
随着现代经济的发展和工作压力的增大,甲状腺结节的患病率逐渐升高。临床上甲状腺结节的西医治疗存在诸多副作用,如药物对胃肠功能的损伤,术后永久性甲减等。而中医外治法治疗甲状腺结节具有深远的历史及良好的临床疗效,主要包括针刺疗法、灸法、耳穴埋籽、穴位埋线、中药离子导入,刮痧,中药外敷等。中医外治法不仅可以在一定程度上减小甲状腺结节的最大直径,而且对甲状腺结节患者的临床症状有较明显的改善作用。
The prevalence of thyroid nodules is increasing with modern economic development and work pressure.There are many side effects of western medical treatment for thyroid nodules in clinic,such as drug-induced damage to gastrointestinal function,postoperative permanent hypothyroidism,and so on.However,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)external treatments has a far-reaching history and great clinical effects,mainly including acupuncture therapy,moxibustion,ear acupoint burying seed,acupoint burying thread,iontophoresis of TCM,Guasha,and TCM external application.TCM external treatments can not only reduce the maximum diameter of thyroid nodules to a certain extent,but also have a more obvious ameliorative effect on the clinical symptoms of patients with thyroid nodules.
