摘要
目的了解护士对排班方式的评价及对改进排班的具体建议。方法采用问卷调查法 ,随机抽取 376名临床护士 ,调查她们对当前排班方式及 6种改进方式的态度。结果不同科室、年龄、职称、学历的护士对各种排班方式的选择各异。结论以人为本的护理排班应考虑工作需要及护士生活需要 。
Objective To study the evaluation of nurses to on duty modes and the investigations of improving on duty mode. Methods By using questionnaire method, 376 clinical nurses were randomly selected. The evaluation of them to the on duty modes and the 6 kinds of improved modes were investigated. Results Different sections, ages, technical titles and educational levels of nurses individually selected the on duty modes. Conclusion Nurses' on duty should take account for the nursing care and life needs of the nurses. Scientific on duty would be obtained in the practice.
