分子筛封装型催化材料净化VOCs研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)种类繁多,具有很强的毒性和致癌性,不仅带来了严重的大气污染问题,还给生态系统和人的生命健康造成了严重的威胁。目前,处理VOCs的方法有多种,其中最有效的方法之一是催化氧化,可以将VOCs完全转化成无毒无害的CO_(2)和H_(2)O,并且不会产生二次污染,但该技术反应过程中的高温易导致催化剂发生聚集和烧结从而失去活性,因此设计制备抗烧结、稳定性和催化性能优异的催化剂是VOCs催化氧化中亟须解决的难题。介绍了多种分子筛封装型催化材料净化VOCs的研究现状,分别从金属物种在分子筛中的位置和金属物种在分子筛中的类型2个方面进行综述,着重介绍了分子筛中孤立的金属位点、分子筛封装金属纳米团簇及分子筛固定金属纳米颗粒,并对分子筛封装型催化剂应用于VOCs催化降解反应中的催化性能进行了阐述,最后对应用于VOCs催化降解的高性能分子筛封装型催化剂开发的未来发展方向进行了展望。 There are various types of volatile organic compounds(VOCs).VOCs shows strong toxicity and carcinogenicity,which not only brings serious air pollution problems,but also poses a serious threat to the ecosystem and human life and health.At present,many methods were used to deal with VOCs,one of the most effective methods to deal with VOCs is catalytic oxidation,which can completely convert VOCs into non-toxic and harmless CO_(2)and H_(2)O,and will not produce secondary pollution.However,the high temperature in the reaction process of this technology can easily lead to catalyst aggregation and sintering,resulting in inactivity.Therefore,the design and preparation of catalysts with excellent sintering resistance,stability and catalytic performance is an urgent problem to be solved in VOCs catalytic oxidation.In this paper,the research status of VOCs purification by various molecular sieve encapsulated catalytic materials is introduced,and the positions and types of metal species in molecular sieves are reviewed,with emphasis on the isolated metal sites in molecular sieves,metal nanoclusters encapsulated by molecular sieves and metal nanoparticles immobilized by molecular sieves.The cat-alytic performance of molecular sieve encapsulated catalysts used in VOCs catalytic degradation was described.Finally,the future devel-opment direction of high-performance molecular sieve encapsulated catalysts used in VOCs catalytic degradation was prospected.
