中药资源再生的研究进展与发展战略思考 被引量:7

Research progress and strategic considerations for the regeneration of Chinese medicine resources

摘要 再生赋予生物体修复和替换受伤组织器官的能力,在中药材种植及养殖过程中应用广泛,然而关于中药资源再生机制的研究较为薄弱.再生效率的提高对中药材高质量品种的育种及种质资源的储备至关重要,同时中药资源再生机制的挖掘也有助于筛选新型药物分子.有效引入先进的再生技术、推进中药资源的再生研究,是实现中药资源合理开发、保护及可持续利用的重要保障.在此背景下,本文回顾了动植物再生研究的科技史和国内外最新研究进展,对药用植物与药用动物的再生研究进行了系统梳理,总结并提出中药资源再生研究的发展战略思考,推进中药资源学科与现代科学高质量融合,促进中医药现代化、产业化高质量发展. Regeneration provides organisms with the ability to repair and replace damaged tissues and organs,which has numerous applications in the cultivation and breeding of Chinese medicinal materials.However,the regeneration mechanisms of Chinese medicine resources remain largely unexplored.Improving regeneration efficiency is crucial for breeding high-quality varieties of Chinese medicinal materials and germplasm resource storage.Moreover,research into the regeneration mechanisms of Chinese medicine resources is useful for screening potential drugs.Introducing regeneration technology and promoting regenerative research on Chinese medicine resources are critical to ensuring their rational development,protection,and sustainable utilization.This review examines the scientific history and current research progress in animal and plant regeneration locally and abroad.It also outlines the regeneration research of medicinal plants and animals,summarizes strategic considerations for research on the regeneration of Chinese medicine resources,promotes the high-quality integration of these resources with modern science,and encourages the modernization and industrialization of Chinese medicine.
