摘要
为了能够降低传统汽车内饰中机械式旋钮的摩擦感、手感下降、磨损等带来的用户较差的体验,在此设计几种采用磁吸力实现旋钮手感的方案。设计过程中运用ANSYS Electronics Suite电磁仿真软件及时对方案进行校核,排除不合理设计,最终通过样件制作、测试,筛选出可行方案后用于真实产品设计。结果表明:磁手感旋钮的实现方式较传统结构更加简单,且输出的扭矩曲线及扭矩值的可控性更强。同时,也证明ANSYS Electronics Suite电磁仿真软件对此类产品的仿真结果是可信的。
In order to reduce the user's poor experience caused by the friction,hand decline and wear of the mechanical knobs in the traditional automotive interior decoration,several schemes using magnetic suction to achieve the knob feel are designed here.In the design process,the electromagnetic simulation software ANSYS Electronics Suite was used to check the scheme in time,eliminate unreasonable design,and finally through the sample production and testing,the feasible scheme was selected for the real product design.Results Surface:Compared with traditional structure,the realization of magnetic feel knob is simpler,and the output torque curve and torque value are more controllable.At the same time,the simulation results of ANSYS Electronics Suite electromagnetic simulation software are proved to be reliable.
