摘要
美藤果是一种不饱和脂肪酸含量很高的新型油料作物,对人体健康具有非常好的功效。对美藤果油、美藤果粕、美藤果叶和美藤果壳的化学成分、药理作用及在食品、化妆品和医药等领域的应用情况进行了综述,为美藤果的综合开发利用提供参考依据。
Sacha inchi is a new oil crop with a high content of unsaturated fatty acids,and has a very good effect on human health.This paper summarized the chemical constituents,pharmacological effects and application of Sacha Inchi oil,pulp,leaf and shell in the fields of food,cosmetics and medicine,in order to providing reference for the comprehensive development and utilization of Sacha inchi.
