摘要
为科学规范地运行和管理生物实验室,结合CNAS-CL01-A001:2022《检测和校准实验室能力认可准则在微生物检测领域的应用说明》,从人员、设施设备、标准菌株、培养基、实验室环境的管理等方面,分析生物实验室的管理风险及要求,总结得出生物实验室的安全有效,需体系文件、硬件设备及人才队伍等诸多因素共同建设,才能保障检测机构的运行合理、管理科学。
For scientific and standardized operation and management biological laboratory,combined with CNASCL01-A001:2022“Application of the Application Guidelines for the Invoicing and Calibration Laboratory Corporation in the Field of Microbial Testing”,from personnel,facilities,equipment,standard strains,medium and experiments in terms of room environment management,analyze the management risks and requirements of the biological laboratory,and summarize the joint construction of many factors such as system documents,hardware equipment and talent teams of the biological laboratory,in order to ensure the reasonable operation of the testing institutions and management science.
