摘要
为实现无人值守称重系统对图像的精准识别,开展图像处理与识别在无人值守称重系统的研究及应用。通过上位机称重控制系统作业方式、上位机设计、称重区域目标检测、掉磅检测、异物识别,提出一种新的称重系统。通过实验证明,新的称重系统识别精度更高,具备更高的应用价值。
In order to achieve accurate image recognition in unmanned weighing systems,research and application of image processing and recognition in unmanned weighing systems have been carried out.A new weighing system is proposed through the operation mode of the upper computer weighing control system,upper computer design,target detection in the weighing area,weight loss detection,and foreign object recognition.Experiments show that the new weighing System identification has higher recognition accuracy and higher application value.
