摘要
自动化输送是现代化物料运输中被广泛应用的系统,但该系统在实际应用过程中存在无法及时解决与处理故障问题、复杂故障不支持溯源以及故障预警人机交互不够智能、便利等问题现象。因此,针对此种问题现象需要进一步开发与应用实时可视化故障预警技术,用以实现动态化、智能化、可视化的故障问题预警,进而全方位维护物料自动化输送系统的安全、稳定运行。鉴于此,本文以典型数字化车间物料输送系统为例,展开对基于实时可视化故障预警技术的物料自动化输送系统构建研究,以期为提高系统故障预警效率、减少系统运行维护成本、提高生产效率提供参考与借鉴。
Automated transportation is a widely used system in modern material transportation,but in practical applications,this system has problems such as inability to solve and handle fault problems in a timely manner,complex faults that do not support traceability,and insufficient intelligent and convenient human-machine interaction for fault warning.Therefore,in response to this problem phenomenon,it is necessary to further develop and apply real-time visual fault warning technology to achieve dynamic,intelligent,and visual fault problem warning,and to comprehensively maintain the safe and stable operation of the material automation transportation system.In view of this,this article takes a typical digital workshop material conveying system as an example to conduct research on the construction of an automated material conveying system based on real-time visual fault warning technology,in order to provide reference and reference for improving the efficiency of system fault warning,reducing system operation and maintenance costs,and improving production efficiency.
