摘要
针对生产车间普遍面临的因人员、设备、质量、物料等异常事件不能及时反馈和处理而影响生产进度的问题,构建了一种可支持异常事件信息动态采集、实时传递、快速处理和综合查询分析的车间生产异常事件实时管理系统。建立了系统的体系结构和运行流程,并对基于多功能交互式信息终端的生产异常事件信息实时采集、基于移动通信接口技术的生产异常事件信息实时传递、基于模糊综合评价的生产异常事件预警等关键技术进行了研究。该系统已成功应用于重庆市一车用空调制造企业,取得了良好的效果。
Workshop scheduling was often affected by the abnormal production-events which could not be feed back and tackled timely due to factors such as personnel, equipment, quality, materials and so on. To deal with this problem, a real-time management system for abnormal production-events in workshop was proposed. The system supported the dynamic acquisition, timely transmission, quick processing and comprehensive analysis about the abnormal production-events information. Then the architecture and operation process of the system were set up. And some key technologies were studied, including the information acquisition based on multi-function interactive information terminal, the information transmission based on mobile communication interface, and the abnormal production-events early warning based on fuzzy synthetic evaluation. The developed system was successfully applied in an automotive air-conditioning manufacturing enterprise in Chongqing, and good results were obtained.
