运用绩效考核的手段科学合理地评价图书馆员的工作效能,是推动图书馆事业高质量发展的一个重要手段。文章详细介绍了广东省立中山图书馆新一轮的馆员绩效考核改革,包括考核的程序、内容、特点和个别岗位的具体考核要求等,以期为丰富大型综合性公共图书馆的人员绩效考核方案提供参考。
The use of performance evaluation methods to scientifically and reasonably evaluate the work efficiency of librarians is an important means to promote the high-quality development of the library industry.The article provides a detailed introduction to the new round of performance evaluation reform for librarians at Sun Yat-Sen Library of Guangdong Province,including the procedures,content,characteristics,and specific evaluation requirements for individual positions,in order to provide reference for enriching the personnel performance evaluation plans of large comprehensive public libraries.
