摘要
带状疱疹是由水痘-带状疱疹病毒(Varicella-zoster virus, VZV)感染引发神经痛的疾病。以机体单侧簇集性疱疹、神经痛为主要表现。邱玲主任中医师以“病有深浅、刺有深浅”为理论基础,总结出“夹脊穴直刺深刺配合患处带状浅刺”治疗带状疱疹的方法。该病案以股神经走行区域带状疱疹为例,股神经由L2~L4神经发出,故选取相应的夹脊穴直刺、深刺,皮损处避开疱疹采取带状浅刺,配合使用电针、艾灸等,可有效减轻患者疼痛,并降低后遗神经痛的发生。
Shingles is a disease that causes neuralgia by infection with varicella-zoster virus(VZV).The main manifestations are unilateral clustered herpes and neuralgia.Chief Chinese medicine physician Qiu Ling,based on the theory of"the depth of the disease and the depth of the thorn",summed up the method of"direct thorn of the spine point with the shallow thorn of the affected area"to treat shingles.In this case,the femoral nerve walking area of herpes zoster as an example,the femoral nerve is emitted by the L2-4 nerve,so the corresponding spinal acupuncture point is directly stabbed,deep thorn,the lesion avoids the herpes and takes the band shallow thorn,and the use of electric needles,moxibustion,etc.,can effectively reduce the pain of the patient and reduce the occurrence of posterior neuralgia.
