摘要
目的:观察化痰通络汤联合针刺对脑梗死患者血流动力学的影响。方法:选取内蒙古自治区中医医院2019年1月-2021年12月收治的160例脑梗死患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组80例。对照组采用常规西药+安慰剂联合非穴位浅刺治疗,观察组采用常规西药+化痰通络汤联合针刺治疗。比较两组中医症候积分、临床疗效、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NHISS)评分和血流动力学各项指标。结果:治疗后,两组中医症候积分均较治疗前降低,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组NHISS评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组最大峰值流速、舒张末流速、血管阻力指数及血管搏动指数均较治疗前升高,且观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:化痰通络汤联合针刺可减少脑梗死患者神经功能缺损,改善脑血流动力学。
Objective:To observe the effect of Huatan Tongluo Decoction combined with acupuncture on hemodynamics in patients with cerebral infarction.Method:A total of 160 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the Inner Mongolia Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine+placebo combined with shallow puncture in non point area,while the observation group was treated with conventional western medicine+Huatan Tongluo Decoction combined with acupuncture.The Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,the clinical efficacy,the national institutes of health stroke scale(NHISS)score and hemodynamic indexes were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,TCM syndrome scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,NHISS scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the maximum peak flow velocity,end-diastolic flow velocity,vascular resistance indexes and vascular pulsation indexes in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huatan Tongluo Decoction combined with acupuncture can reduce the neurological deficit and improve hemodynamics in patients with cerebral infarction.
