摘要 “激活资本的文明面、遏制资本的无序扩张,力求社会主义市场经济体制中资本有序发展”的资本有序化理念是以习近平同志为核心的党中央关于规范和引导资本健康发展一系列理论论断与实践举措的重要提炼。资本有序化理念的提出是资本成为社会主义市场经济的重要生产要素、中国共产党资本认识与驾驭能力的不断提升及化解目前资本无序扩张带来的风险挑战需要的必然结果。资本有序化理念有着深厚的思想渊源,马克思主义政治经济学经典资本理论是其原理基础,历届党中央的“资本观”是其理论来源。资本有序化理念具有丰富的内涵体系,具体体现在资本有序化的基本前提、现实表现、内在关系及目标原则之中。资本有序化理念开辟了马克思主义资本理论的新境界,丰富了马克思主义中国化的资本理论,并为全球资本治理提供了中国式现代化的方案借鉴。 The concept of capital order of"activating the civilization of capital,curbing the disorderly expansion of capital,and striving for the orderly development of capital in the socialist market economy system"is an important refinement of a series of theoretical judgments and practical measures of the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jin-ping as the core on standard⁃izing and guiding the healthy development of capital.The proposal of the concept of capital ordering is the inevitable result of capital becoming an important production factor of socialist market economy,the continuous improvement of the CPC′s ability to understand and control capital,and the need to resolve the risks and challenges brought by the current disorderly expansion of capital.The concept of capital order has a deep ideological origin,and the classical capital theory of Marxist political economy is the basis of its principle,and the"capital view"of the previous Party Central Committee is its theoretical source.The concept of capital ordering has a rich connotation system,which is embodied in the basic premise,realistic performance,internal relation⁃ship and goal principle of capital ordering.The concept of capital order has opened up a new realm of Marxist capital theory,en⁃riched the Marxist capital theory of Sinicization,and provided a Chinese-style modernization model to draw on for global capital governance.
