摘要
某烧结厂房原为炼钢厂烧结主厂房,始建于1958年,经过多次改造,本次改造后的功能为商业和办公。旧厂房原结构为框架结构,结构检测鉴定结论显示综合安全性等级为C_(eu)级。本次改造在采用多种常规加固方法的同时,结合建筑使用功能和结构需求,在适当位置布设屈曲约束支撑(BRB),使结构成为双重抗侧力体系。BRB在多遇地震时为主体结构提供抗侧刚度,在设防地震及罕遇地震时BRB进入塑性,起到消能减震作用,使得整体结构抗震性能得以提高。此加固方案减少了传统加固措施的工程量,降低了施工难度,同时最大限度地满足了建筑保留原有工业遗存风貌的需求。
A sintering plant was originally built in 1958 and has been reconstructed many times,the functions after this renovation are commercial and office.The original structure of the old factory is frame structure,the structural inspection and identification result shows that the comprehensive safety level is Ceu level.This reconstruction project adopts a variety of conventional reinforcement methods,meanwhile,by considering both the functional and structural requirements of the building,buckling restrained braces(BRB)were applied in proper locations to make the structure a dual lateral resistance system.BRB provides lateral stiffness for the main structure in frequent earthquakes,and BRB enters plastic state during fortification earthquake and rare earthquake,which plays the role of energy dissipation and shock absorption,and makes the overall seismic performance of the structure be improved.This reinforcement scheme reduces the construction works of traditional reinforcement method,decreases the difficulty of construction,and at the same time maximizes the requirement of preserving the original industrial heritage of the building.
