摘要
介绍了厦门国际会议中心结构概况以及改造的设计原则;阐述了新增25.2m跨钢楼盖的设计方案,该方案采取拆除部分原结构、减轻原楼板面层做法,并通过合理布置结构,控制新增结构荷载,确保原桩基础满足改造要求;进行了楼板减振设计的专题研究,增设了阻尼减振系统,从而满足人行舒适度要求;设计了几种新增梁与原柱的连接,包括铰接、滑动连接,为类似加固改造项目提供借鉴。
The structural overview and design principle of reconstruction of Xiamen International Conference Center were introduced. The design scheme of the newly-added 25. 2m-span steel structure floor was introduced,and the scheme adopted the method of removal of part of the original structure and reduction of the original floor surface layer,and reasonable arrangement of structure and control of new structural loads could ensure the original pile foundation meet the reconstruction requirements. Special study on floor vibration design was conducted,and additional damping system could meet pedestrian comfort requirements. Several connections were designed for newly-added beams and original columns,including hinges and sliding connections,which could provide reference for similar reinforcement and reconstruction project.
