摘要
盆底器官脱垂(POP)是中老年妇女常见的盆底功能障碍性疾病,40岁以上女性的患病率约为40%,近年来其发病率仍在不断提高。因此,POP已成为一个国际性的社会化医疗难题,动物模型的建立对研究该疾病的发病机制显得尤为重要。该文总结了近几年来,国内外POP动物模型研究现状,从动物选择的优缺点、模型的构建等方面进行了阐述,旨在为POP的研究提供参考。
Pelvic organ prolapse(POP)is a common pelvic floor dysfunction disease in middle-aged and elderly women.The prevalence rate of POP is about 40%in women over 40 years old,and its incidence rate is still increasing in recent years.Therefore,POP has already become an international social medical problem,and the animal model construction is particularly important for studying its pathogenesis.This paper summaries the research status quo of animal models of POP at home and abroad in recent years,and expounds the advantages and disadvantages of animals selection and the model construction by aiming to provide reference for the study of POP.
