摘要
机械式变速器作为汽车传动系统中的关键部件,其对于汽车动力、操控性以及安全性都有着直接影响。为满足消费者对于汽车性能越来越高的要求,相关研究人员积极探索机械式变速器传动机构新设计方案。基于可靠性优化理论,在确保传动系统各个零件刚度与强度符合要求的前提下,将传动齿轮重合度与机械式变速器体积作为目标函数,构建机械式变速器多目标可靠性优化数学模型,利用MATLAB编程软件计算可靠性优化结果。以期为机械式变速器设计工作提供新方法、新思路。
Mechanical transmission is a key component of automobile transmission system,which has a direct impact on automobile power,handling and safety.In order to meet the requirements of consumers for higher and higher performance of automobile,the relevant researchers actively explore the new design scheme of transmission mechanism of mechanical transmission.Based on the theory of reliability optimization,under the premise of ensuring that the stiffness and strength of each part of the transmission system meet the requirements,the coincidence degree of transmission gears and the volume of mechanical transmission are taken as the objective function,the mathematical model of multi-objective reliability optimization for mechanical transmission is established,and the reliability optimization results are calculated by MATLAB.In order to provide new methods and new ideas for the design of mechanical transmission.
