摘要
针对液压机械无级变速器(HMCVT)在受到阶跃负载时输出转速波动量大、调整时间长的问题,提出了基于双模糊PID算法的液压机械无级变速器恒转速输出控制方法。该控制方法根据转速偏差值的大小选择不同的模糊控制器,当转速偏差值较大时,系统采用粗调控制器,快速消除转速波动;当转速偏差值较小时,系统采用精调控制器,实现HMCVT转速控制系统的稳、准调节。双模糊控制器对PID参数进行整定,用整定后的PID参数来调整变量泵斜盘倾角,最终实现转速恒定输出。仿真与试验结果表明:与传统PID和模糊PID相比,双模糊PID控制方法能够更好地解决HMCVT在遇到阶跃负载时输出转速波动量大、调整时间长的问题。
In order to solve the problem that the output speed of Hydro-Mechanical Continuously Variable Transmission(HMCVT)has great fluctuation and long adjustment time when it is under step load,a constant speed output control method based on double fuzzy PID algorithm was proposed.The control method selects different fuzzy controllers according to the speed deviation.When the speed deviation is large,the system adopts coarse adjusting controller to quickly eliminate the speed fluctuation deviation value.When the speed deviation is small,the system adopts fine-tuning controller to realize stable and quasi-regulation of HMCVT speed control system.The PID parameters were adjusted online by the double fuzzy controller,and the adjusted PID parameters adjust the tilt angle of the variable pump swashplate,and finally a constant output speed was achieved.Simulation and test results show that compared with the traditional PID and fuzzy PID,the double fuzzy PID control method can better solve the problem of great output speed fluctuation and long adjustment time of the HMCVT under step load.
