摘要
【目的】了解粳稻农艺与品质性状之间的关系。【方法】以农艺和品质性状存在差异的粳稻品种和品系及其重组自交系群体为材料,对水稻11个农艺性状和11个品质评价指标进行调查与相关性分析。【结果】糙米率和精米率与每穗实粒数、结实率、着粒密度、齐穗期、单株产量呈极显著或显著正相关;整精米率与株高、千粒重、齐穗期、单株产量呈极显著正相关。稻米长宽比与穗长呈极显著正相关,与株高、有效穗数呈显著正相关,与穗粒数、实粒数和着粒密度呈极显著负相关,与结实率呈显著负相关。直链淀粉含量、蛋白质含量都与株高、穗长、有效穗数、齐穗期、单株产量、小区产量呈现极显著负相关,与着粒密度呈现极显著正相关。脂肪酸值与株高、穗长、结实率、有效穗数、单株产量、小区产量结实率呈现极显著负相关,与着粒密度呈现极显著正相关。【结论】适当推迟齐穗期,适度增加每穗粒数和穗长,可提升稻米品质。
【Objective】It is to realize the relationship between agronomic traits and quality traits of japonica rice.【Method】The japonica rice varieties and lines with different agronomic and quality traits and their recombination inbred lines were used as experimental materials to investigate and analyze their correlation with 11 agronomic traits and 11 quality evaluation indexes of rice.【Result】There was complex correlation between agronomic traits and quality traits.There were significant or extremely significant p ositive correlations between brown rice rate and milling rice rate and the number of solid grains per panicle,seed setting rate,seed density,full head stage and yield per plant,while there were significant or significant positive correlations between whole milling rice rate and plant height,103-grain weight,full head stage and yield per plant.The ratio of length to width of rice was positively correlated with panicle length,positively correlated with plant height and effective panicle number,negatively correlated with panicle number,panicle number and seed density,and negatively correlated with seed setting rate.Amylopectin content and protein content were significantly negatively correlated with plant height,panicle length,effective panicle number,full head period,yield per plant and plot yield,and significantly positively correlated with grain density.The fatty acid value was significantly negatively correlated with plant height,panicle length,seed setting rate,effective panicle number,yield per plant,plot yield,seed setting rate,and significantly positively correlated with grain density.【Conclusion】Delaying the full head stage appropriately and increasing the number of grains per ear and ear length moderately are the ways to improve rice quality.
