重杂散电感电磁搅拌专用变频电源IGBT关断尖峰电压研究 被引量:1

摘要 由主电路回路和功率器件内部寄生杂散电感引起的电磁搅拌电源中IGBT开关器件关断尖峰电压过高是电磁搅拌专用变频电源失效的主要原因之一。以某公司老一代大功率电磁搅拌器专用变频电源中IGBT关断尖峰高导致功率开关器件过压损坏为例,首先分析了IGBT关断尖峰电压产生的原因及IGBT关断尖峰电压过高带来的危害,接着总结目前常用的IGBT过压尖峰解决办法及利弊,并最终采用IGBT的分级关断技术方案来解决电磁搅拌专用变频电源中IGBT关断尖峰电压过高的问题。实践证明,采用所提出的解决IGBT过压尖峰的措施后,几乎杜绝了电磁搅拌器专用变频电源因IGBT过压而失效的现象。 The high shuntdown peak voltage of IGBT switching devices in the electromagnetic stirring power supply caused by the parasitic stray inductance in the main circuit and the power device is one of the main reasons for the failure of the special frequency conversion power supply for electromagnetic stirring.Taking the overvoltage damage of the power switching device caused by the high IGBT shutdown spike in the inverter power supply of the old generation of high-power electromagnetic stirrer of a company,as an example,the causes of IGBT shutdown spike voltage and the harm caused by excessive IGBT shutdown spike voltage are analyzed.Summarize the commonly used IGBT overvoltage spike solutions and pros and cons.Finally,the hierarchical shutdown technology scheme of IGBT is adopted to solve the problem that the IGBT shutdown spike voltage in the frequency conversion power supply for electromagnetic stirring is too high.Practice has proven that by adopting the proposed measures to solve the IGBT overvoltage peak,the phenomenon of the dedicated variable frequency power supply for electromagnetic stirrers failing due to IGBT overvoltage has been almost eliminated.
