新型二维旋转磁特性测量用励磁装置优化设计

Optimization Design of New Type of Exciting Device for Two⁃dimensional Rotating Magnetic Property Measurement

摘要 为提高二维旋转磁特性测量装置的励磁性能,文中首先通过二维电磁场有限元分析对比了4种基于圆形样片的励磁结构,提出了新型两相绕组式新型二维旋转磁特性励磁结构,得出两相绕组励磁结构在相同磁动势下,样片磁通密度均匀性最高;其次,为减小励磁结构空间杂散磁场对样片磁化均匀性的影响,提出纳米晶合金屏蔽层结构,并通过三维有限元分析计算了不同磁化角度下的屏蔽性能,验证了屏蔽结构提升样片磁化均匀性的有效性。最后,为确定文中所提出励磁装置的最终尺寸,提出了耦合支持向量机与自适应粒子群算法的装置尺寸设计参数寻优方法。在最优尺寸下,可实现整个样片的均匀磁化。通过对样片两个正交方向截面的磁通密度进行矢量合成,在一个周期内可实现圆形旋转磁化,验证了文中所提结构的有效性与准确性。 For improving the exciting performance of the two-dimensional rotating magnetic property measurement device,four kinds of exciting structures based on circular samples were compared through two-dimensional electromagnetic field finite element analysis,and the exciting structures of two-dimensional rotating magnetic property of new type two-phase winding type was proposed firstly in this paper.It is concluded that the sample has the highest uniformity of magnetic flux density under the same magnetomotive force of the two-phase winding exciting structure.Secondly,to reduce the effect of the space stray magnetic field of exciting structure on the sample’s magnetizing uniformity,the nanocrystalline alloy’s shielding layer structure was proposed.The shielding performance of different magnetization angles was calculated by three-dimensional finite element analysis.The effectiveness of the shielding structure to improve the magnetizing uniformity of the sample was verified.Finally,for determining the final size of the exciting device proposed in this paper,an optimization method of design parameters of the exciting device was proposed by coupling support vector machine and adaptive particle swarm optimization algorithm.Under the optimal size,the uniform magnetization of the whole sample can be achieved.By vector synthesizing the magnetic flux density of two orthogonal cross-sections of the sample,the circular rotating magnetization can be achieved in one period,verifying the proposed structure’s effectiveness and accuracy.
