How to Improve the Information Social Responsibility for High School Students?

摘要 构建信息社会责任评价指标体系,是信息社会责任培养工作的前提和基础。文章首先初步构建了信息社会责任的一级指标与二级指标,并通过德尔菲法对各指标进行修订与完善,最终形成了由4个一级指标和21个二级指标组成的高中生信息社会责任评价指标体系。然后,文章将该指标体系改编成“高中生信息社会责任自我评价量表”并进行小范围试用,分析试用结果,验证了该指标体系的合理性与有效性,同时也反映了高中生信息社会责任培养中存在的问题。最后,对标四个一级指标,文章设计了提升高中生信息社会责任的策略。高中生信息社会责任评价指标体系提升了信息社会责任评价在教学实践中的可操作性,也改善了信息社会责任培养过程中挖掘问题难的现状;而高中生信息社会责任提升策略可为高中生信息社会责任培养提供指导,并有助于改善信息社会责任培养过程中教育教学落地难的现状。 The construction of the evaluation index system of information social responsibility is the prerequisite and foundation for the cultivation work of information social responsibility.Firstly,this paper constructed the primary and secondary indexes of information social responsibility,revised and improved the indicators through the Delphi method,and finally formed the evaluation index system of information social responsibility for high school students consisting of 4 primary indexes and 21 secondary indexes.Then,this paper adapted the index system into the“Information Social Responsibility Self-Evaluation Scale for High School Students”and conducted a small-scale trial.The analysis of the trial results verified the reasonableness and effectiveness of the index system,and at the same time reflected the problems of the information social responsibility for high school students.Finally,benchmarking on the 4 primary indexes,the strategies to improve the information social responsibility for high school students were designed.The evaluation index system of information social responsibility for high school students promoted the operability of information social responsibility evaluation in teaching practice,and also improved the current situation of excavation difficulty in the process of cultivating information social responsibility.The strategies to improve the information social responsibility for high school students could provide guidance for the cultivation of information social responsibility,and help to improve the current situation of landing difficulty in the process of cultivating information social responsibility.
