摘要
在信息社会,现实空间与虚拟空间相互交织形成了一个全新的社会环境,它在改变人们的生活与学习方式时,也转变着人们的思维品质与文化特征。为培养合格的数字公民,信息技术教育需要从"信息技术常识(Literacy)"教育转向"面向学科核心素养(Competence)"的教育。信息技术学科核心素养可界定为信息意识、计算思维、数字化实践力和信息社会责任。
Today, we live in a new informational society which is interacted between the reality spaces and the virtual space. This society has not only changed people's life habit, but also changed people's thinking method. In order to prepare qualified digital citizens, ICT education should be transformed from information literacy to ICT competency. Core ICT competency can be defined as information awareness, computing thinking, digital practical ability and information social responsibility.
