汽车天窗框架配件塑化成型工艺优化

Optimization of Plastic Forming Process for Automobile Sunroof Frame Parts

摘要 研究汽车天窗框架配件塑化成型工艺,并且,对进行优化。基于正交试验法,设计了4因素5水平,共计25组实验,研究了模具温度、注塑温度、注射时间及保压压力对配件翘曲变形量的影响程度。实验结果表明,模具温度、注塑温度、注射时间和保压压力对应的极差值分别为0.071、0.125、0.257和0.183 mm,通过比较可以得到4个因素的影响程度顺序为注射时间>保压压力>注塑温度>模具温度。当模具温度为60℃时,最小翘曲变形量为1.956 mm;当注塑温度为260℃时,最小翘曲变形量为1.931 mm;当注射时间为1.1 s时,最小翘曲变形量为1.906 mm;当保压压力为60 MPa时,最小的翘曲变形量为1.917 mm,通过对比相同因素、不同水平取值时翘曲变形量的均值可知,最优工艺组合为注塑时间1.1 s、保压压力60 MPa、注塑温度260℃、模具温度50℃,采用该工艺参数组合制备得到的汽车天窗框架配件对应的翘曲变形量为1.837 mm。 The plasticizing process of auto sunroof frame parts was studied and optimized.Based on the orthogonal test method,a total of 25 groups of experiments with 4 factors and 5 levels were designed to study the influence of mold temperature,injection temperature,injection time and packing pressure on the warpage deformation of parts.The experimental results showed that the corresponding range values of mold temperature,injection temperature,injection time and holding pressure were 0.071,0.125,0.257 and 0.183 mm,respectively.Through comparison,the influence of four factors could be obtained as follows:injection time holding pressure injection temperature mold temperature.When the mold temperature was 60 ℃,the minimum warpage of 1.956 mm;When the injection temperature was 260 ℃,the minimum warpage of 1.931 mm;When the injection time was 1.1 s,the minimum warpage of 1.906 mm;When the pressure retaining pressure was 60 MPa,the minimum warpage of 1.917 mm;by comparing the values of the average warpage at different levels of the same factors,the optimal process combination could be obtained as the injection time of 1.1 s,The pressure holding pressure was 60 MPa,the injection temperature was 260 ℃ and the mold temperature was 50 ℃.According to this process combination,the corresponding warpage deformation of the auto sunroof frame accessories was 1.837 mm.
