摘要
介绍了ABS汽车灯罩的电镀亮铬新工艺。研制了一种集"粗化、敏化、活化"三合一的塑料件预处理工艺及配方,与传统预处理工艺的不同之处在于其工艺成本低、易操作、溶液寿命长。并研究出含稀土添加剂的低铬酸电镀铬的工艺及配方。结果表明,采用该新工艺对ABS塑料件进行电镀,可在获得外观光亮平滑、均匀致密、结合力良好的铬镀层的基础上,大大提高生产效率。
The new kind of process of bright chromium plating for automobile lampshade was introduced. The study was focused on the pretreatment consisting of etching, sensitize and activation. Compared with traditional methods, the new process has advantages such as low cost, easy operation and high stability. The formulation containing rare earth activation for the bright chromium plating was studied. The results showed that by adopting the process ,the shining, smooth chrome plate of good adhesion could be obtained, and the efficiency of production could be improved.
