摘要
目的:探究肥厚型心肌病(HCM)患者采用超声心动图诊断的价值。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月无锡市中医医院收治的HCM患者80例为试验组,以同期健康受检者80例为对照组。两组均进行二维超声心动图检查和二维斑点追踪检查,分析诊断效能、二维超声心动图及二维斑点追踪检查诊断结果。结果:二维斑点追踪检查结果准确度、灵敏度、特异度及阳性预测值高于二维超声心动图,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组二维超声心动图各项诊断结果与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);试验组左室整体纵向应变、整体圆周应变、整体径向应变、基底段旋转角度、左心室扭转角度与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声心动图诊断HCM的价值较高,可鉴别疾病类型,为临床治疗疾病提供依据。
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of echocardiography in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(HCM).Methods:A total of 80 HCM patients were selected as the test group at Wuxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022,and 80 healthy subjects during the same period were selected as the control group.Two-dimensional echocardiography and two-dimensional speckle tracking were tested in both groups,and the diagnostic efficacy,two-dimensional echocardiography and two-dimensional speckle tracking were analyzed.Results:The accuracy,sensitivity,specificity and positive predictive value of two-dimensional spot tracking were higher than those of two-dimensional echocardiography,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The results of two-dimensional echocardiography in test group were significantly different from those in control group(P<0.001);The longitudinal strain,circumferential strain,radial strain,basal segment rotation Angle and left ventricular torsion Angle of test group were significantly different from those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Echocardiography is of high value in diagnosing HCM,and it can identify disease types and provide evidence for clinical treatment of diseases.
