摘要
为将白头发染成深受大众喜爱的棕色,用五倍子提取物和高粱皮提取物作为着色剂制备植物染发剂对白头发进行染色,研究了膨化剂、染色温度、染色时间对染发效果的影响,测试了白头发和最佳染色工艺下染色头发的拉伸强力,以及最佳染色工艺下染色头发在洗涤过程中的颜色特征值和色牢度。结果表明:最佳染色工艺为膨化剂D质量分数3%、染色温度50℃、染色时间60 min,用植物染发剂染发可获得较好的色牢度,且不影响头发的拉伸强力。
In order to dye the white hair into popular brown,the plant hair dyes were prepared with Gallnut chinensis extract and sorghum husk extract as colorants to dye the white hair.The influence of the expanding agent,dyeing temperature and dyeing time on the hair dyeing effect were studied.The tensile strength of the white hair and hair dyed with the optimum dyeing process,as well as the color characteristic value and color fastness of hair dyed with the optimum dyeing process during washing were tested.The results showed that the optimum dyeing process was as follows:the concentration of swelling agent D was 3%,the dyeing temperature was 50℃,and the dyeing time was 60 min.Plant hair dye can obtain better color fastness without affecting the tensile strength of hair.
