摘要
以某沿海城市居民用户室内老旧燃气立管为评估对象,以燃气立管的设计、施工、运行、维护、抢修、应急、管理等为出发点,从失效可能性指标、失效后果指标、一票否决制指标3个维度,建立居民用户室内老旧燃气立管安全评估指标体系。
Taking the indoor old gas risers of residential users in a coastal city as the evaluation object,starting from the design,construction,operation,maintenance,emergency repair,emergency response and management of gas risers,a safety assessment index system for indoor old gas risers of residential users is established from three dimensions:failure probability index,failure consequence index and one-vote veto system index.
