摘要
目的拓展医保电子凭证在医院的应用,为患者提供高效便捷的“互联网+医保+医疗+医药”服务,延伸医疗服务的可及性。方法基于医保电子凭证,从医保患者身份认证、医保移动支付、就医全流程管理、电子处方流转四个方面探讨医保电子凭证多场景应用。结果基于医保电子凭证的医疗业务流程重构,提高了医疗服务效率,提升了患者就医体验,方便了患者就医购药。结论医保电子凭证在医院的多场景应用,有助于医院构建线上线下一体化的医疗服务体系,促进医院的高质量发展,提高医院服务的管理水平。
Objective To expand the application of medical insurance electronic certificates in hospitals,provide patients with efficient and convenient"Internet+medical insurance+healthcare+medicine"services,and extend the accessibility of medical services.Methods Based on medical insurance electronic certificates,the multi-scenario application of medical insurance electronic certificates was discussed from four aspects:medical insurance patient identity authentication,medical insurance mobile payment,medical treatment process management and electronic prescription circulation.Results The reconfiguration of medical business process based on electronic medical insurance certificates improved the efficiency of medical service,improved patients'medical experience,and made it convenient for patients to buy medicine.Conclusion The multi-scenario application of medical insurance electronic certificates in hospitals is helpful for hospitals to build an integrated online and offline medical service system,promote their high-quality development,and improve their service management level.
