摘要
对EPC模式下施工单位项目设计管理展开研究,论述项目设计管理的重要性与管理工作流程,明确施工单位设计管理的内容,并且针对设计管理中存在的问题进行分析,提出问题控制措施,实现对项目设计管理的强化。
This paper studies the project design management of construction units under EPC mode,discusses the importance of project design management and management workflow,defines the content of design management of construction units,analyzes the problems existing in design management,puts forward the problem control measures,and realizes the strengthening of project design management.
